This page explains what happens to information submitted through this website. It is written in plain terms rather than dense legal language, because that is more useful to both of us.
What the contact form collects
The contact form collects the information you choose to submit: your name, work email, company, role, a description of what you are trying to solve, your desired engagement type, and an optional timeline. No information is collected about you before you choose to submit the form, and this site does not use analytics or tracking scripts by default.
Why it is collected
This information is collected solely to evaluate whether E.E. Grey Consulting can help with what you have described, and to respond to you directly. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
How it may be used
Submitted information is used to reply to your inquiry, to keep a record of the conversation if it leads to further discussion, and, if it does, to help scope a potential engagement. Depending on how the contact form is configured, your submission may pass through a third-party form provider before it reaches the consultancy's inbox; that provider only handles delivery and does not use the content for its own purposes.
No client relationship implied
Submitting this form, or exchanging email, does not create a client relationship, an engagement, or any obligation on either side. That only happens once both parties agree to a scope of work in writing.
What not to submit
Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, patient, or other sensitive information through the public contact form. It is not the right channel for anything that requires a signed confidentiality agreement, and none should be assumed to be in place until one is executed.
Requesting deletion
To request that submitted information be deleted, email echoes@eegrey.com with the details you submitted. The request will be honored except where information must be kept to comply with a legal obligation.
Analytics
This site does not run analytics or tracking by default. If privacy-conscious, cookie-free analytics are enabled in the future, they will be added in one place, documented in the project README under "SEO configuration," rather than scattered through the codebase.
